Teachers Notes
If you are to have your photo taken, when you leave your class make sure your class is safe especially if they are in a specialist room. Your team will have to wait outside until the photographer is ready. Organise your team from the shortest to tallest. Check Uniforms. Only organised teams will enter the hall. Follow Miss Takotohiwi's requests.
Note for Students
Envelopes for photo money and costs can be picked up from Jan at the student office. Photo money goes to the photographer (Bring it only on the day of the photographs). Make sure you go to the hall at the correct time (see time schedule).
Changing room will be in the Wharenui and Pool changing rooms. Teams must arrive on time. Enter the hall from the pool side. Teams will be allowed into the hall one at a time. One getting photo taken and the other sitting waiting their turn. Teams must follow Miss Takotohiwi's instructions. Keep noise down and listen to instructions. Captains should organise the team to line up from shortest to tallest. All members of a team must have the same uniforms on. (see Coach). If your uniform is very untidy or incorrect you may be excluded from the photo.
No Jewelllery.
No hats may be worn.
Once the photo has been taken return uniforms to Sports Co-ordinator.
Put bags in designated area when entering the hall.
Follow the photographer's instructions.
When finished collect your belongings and leave the hall by the same door in.
Return to class directly
If a team misses their slot we will give them a window of opportunity for the next 2 slots, then no photo's.
If the photo's are delayed for any reason then this time will be allowed for.
